A. Most games only run under Windows. Make sure that the games you want to play are available before choosing Linux.

Best Game Engine Compatible With Linux?
Q. I'm developing a game, and due to a friends influence i'm planning to make it both PC and Linux exclusive. My initial thought was to use the unreal engine due to it's beautiful visual abilities. Yet that didn't work out obviously, does anyone have any ideas for a graphical engine that can take a lot of high quality materials and help mold the visuals of the game that's compatible with both PC and Linux. OR at least possible to port to linux from PC. Any help would be really really *REALLY* appreciated!
A. At the moment Unigine, iodoom3 or ioquake3, ogre, all work right now. A unity port is in the works as well.
