Q. I have ubuntu 7.10 and wine is installed. I put MOHAA_DISK1 (medal of honor allied assault) in my cd drive. Now how do I run setup? And when I'm done how do I play the game?
A. In my opinion, Cedega is the only way to go for Linux Gaming.

A. While it's possible to make it install and run under Wine, it's still very, VERY buggy that way. For example, it will crash if you try to go to the iTunes store. Here's an article about alternatives (one of which is to run iTunes in a virtual machine):

What is the best Linux distribution for WINE?
Q. I'd like to experiment with using WINE to install various "higher end" windows applications under Linux, including Adobe Photoshop, Fruity Loops 7 and MS Office. What distributions are easiest to configure to run windows applications like these?
A. Ubuntu, with Wine Doors.
